Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HCI Industrial Design Psychology or related field
  • 5-7 years of UX/UI research and design experience
  • Experience designing complex B2B industrial or operational software applications
  • Proficiency with Figma Sketch or Adobe XD
  • Strong communication collaboration and presentation skills
  • Understanding of usability principles interaction design and information architecture
  • Ability to balance user needs technical constraints and business goals
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments

Day to day

  • Conduct user research to understand workflows pain points and goals of industrial users
  • Translate research insights into personas journey maps workflows and product recommendations
  • Design wireframes mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for web desktop and embedded applications
  • Collaborate with product managers developers automation engineers and stakeholders to improve usability efficiency and safety
  • Establish and maintain design systems UI standards and reusable components for complex operational software
