Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong focus on native mobile apps
- A portfolio showcasing mobile app work such as onboarding flows feature design and navigation patterns
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and component libraries
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools to accelerate concepting and iteration
- Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with mobile interaction patterns gesture-based navigation accessibility and performance constraints
- Experience designing for connected device ecosystems is a strong plus
- Collaborative adaptable and able to communicate design rationale clearly

Day to day
- Design intuitive mobile app experiences for onboarding device pairing guided routines progress tracking and personalization
- Create user flows wireframes prototypes and high fidelity UI designs for iOS and Android
- Collaborate with product engineering data science and brand teams to improve engagement retention and consistency
- Support user research usability testing journey mapping and A/B testing to validate and refine designs
