Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional frontend software-engineering experience
  • Strong production experience with React for customer-facing and internal applications
  • Experience owning user experiences rather than only implementing designs
  • Experience with user research usability testing workflow analysis or product discovery
  • Ability to translate unfamiliar customer problems into practical product experiences
  • Experience using customer feedback analytics heat maps testing or behavioral data to inform decisions
  • Strong product judgment balancing customer needs business priorities and technical constraints
  • Experience designing dashboards operational software analytics applications or data-intensive interfaces
  • Ability to create reusable frontend architecture component systems and development standards
  • Comfortable contributing to backend services and APIs when required
  • Experience using AI-assisted software-development and product-design tools
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Excellent communication skills for design decisions research findings and technical tradeoffs
  • Experience with industrial IoT SaaS telemetry monitoring reliability or operational software preferred
  • Experience with React Native or cross-platform applications helpful
  • Familiarity with AWS REST APIs data visualization libraries observability tools and cloud-native systems preferred

Day to day

  • Own and modernize customer-facing and internal React applications with a strong focus on user experience and measurable outcomes.
  • Redesign workflows that help users understand equipment health reliability and operational performance while translating research into practical product decisions.
  • Build dashboards visualizations and dynamic interfaces and establish reusable frontend patterns design systems and standards to improve usability performance and accessibility.
