Who you are

• Over 3 years of experience as a UX product writer
• At least 3 years of experience working in Fintech and B2B
• Native level English
• Excellent knowledge of Figma
• Understanding the inner workings of, and ability to work within an IT product structure
• Skilled at writing in a clear and modern manner, ability to adjust writing style as necessary
• Capable of asking the right questions and digging into details
• Respectful of guidelines and able to contribute to them
• Other languages are an advantage

• Improve interface texts while working closely with product designers, researchers, developers, the legal team, and product managers
• Justify every decision proposed and account for the specifics of developing IT products
• Gather necessary information from internal stakeholders to prepare UX copy
• Write about complex topics in a clear, concise, and simple manner
• Dive into specific B2B, Open Banking and other fintech terminology
• Prioritise tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines
• Follow, participate in creating, and advocate for editorial guidelines when working with stakeholders
• Conduct regular audits and perform planned and ad hoc corrections of UX copy
• Monitor quality of localization
