Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2 to 7 years of experience in UX writing technical writing or a related field
- Proven ability to write and improve user-centered product content across multiple surfaces
- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar spelling punctuation and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple project tracks across different product surfaces
- Demonstrated ability to turn data-driven insights into actionable content recommendations
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and managing feedback constructively
- Experience using Jira and working within an Agile methodology
- A strong portfolio showing methods approaches outcomes and impact

Day to day
- Write clear and concise UX copy for product experiences including UI text error messages onboarding and product guidance
- Collaborate closely with designers researchers product managers and other stakeholders across the full design and delivery process
- Apply UX writing principles style guidance accessibility considerations and user research to create consistent user-centered content
- Explain content decisions clearly manage feedback loops and use Jira to track prioritize and deliver work in an Agile environment
