Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- 2–7 years of experience in UX writing technical writing or a related field
- Proven experience writing user-centred product content across interface copy guidance onboarding and similar experiences
- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar spelling punctuation and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple projects across different product surfaces
- Ability to turn data-driven insights into actionable content recommendations that influence product decisions
- Confident stakeholder management with strong questioning and feedback handling skills
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodology
- Strong writing portfolio showing multiple approaches and measurable impact

Day to day
- Write clear UX copy for product experiences including UI text error messages onboarding and product guidance
- Collaborate closely with designers researchers product managers and stakeholders throughout the design and delivery process
- Use UX principles style guidance accessibility and user research to shape content decisions that improve clarity consistency and usability
