- 2–7 years of experience in UX writing technical writing or related fields
- Proven experience writing and improving user-centered product content
- Strong writing skills with excellent grammar spelling punctuation and attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple project work tracks across different product surfaces
- Demonstrated ability to transform data-driven insights into actionable content recommendations
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and managing feedback
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodology
- Strong writing portfolio showing methods approaches outcomes and impact

Day to day
- Write clear and concise UX copy for product experiences including UI text error messages onboarding and product guidance
- Collaborate closely with designers researchers product managers and stakeholders across the design and delivery process
- Use user needs product context accessibility considerations and content principles to make complex experiences clearer and easier to use
