Requirements
- 4+ years of UX writing or content design experience in product
- Strong portfolio of in-product copy across mobile desktop and web
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills including information architecture
- Enthusiasm for interactive writing from scratch editing and contextual language decisions
- Ability to present and defend writing choices in reviews with senior leadership and stakeholders
- Experience leveraging UX writing systems and familiarity with industry standards
- Deep fluency with AI and conversational experiences including prompts generated copy and chatbots
- Comfortable with design tools like Figma and working close to prototypes functional specs and the real build
- Strong instinct for clarity in technical or complex products

Day to day
- Own end-to-end UX copy across product flows including interface text onboarding system states empty states and error messaging
- Shape features from concept with designers and product so copy and layout evolve together
- Define naming terminology voice and tonal guidance for both product copy and AI-generated language
- Ship polished copy into the build working closely with prototypes functional specs and the real product
