Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience
- Hands-on experience with Citrix Microsoft AVD Windows 365 VMware Horizon or similar VDI/DaaS platforms
- Agile or Scrum experience
- Strong technical fluency across cloud hybrid and on-prem environments
- Comfort balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
Nice to have
- Higher-ed background
- EdTech background
- AI-assisted tools experience
- Platform migration experience
Day to day
- Own the product vision roadmap and backlog for the VDI/DaaS platform and guide its strategic direction
- Lead the migration from a legacy control plane to Apporto NextGen by coordinating engineering QA and customer cutovers
- Work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve escalations share roadmap updates and maintain documentation such as release notes admin guides and runbooks
- Partner across Engineering QA Customer Success Sales and Support to deliver a fast-moving product that ships quickly
