Requirements
- Prior high-volume call center experience
- Customer service experience in funeral assistant medical veterinary technician or hospice environments preferred
- Reliable wired Ethernet internet connection required
- Ability to learn Google Workspace scheduling phone systems Zoom and internal communication tools
- Comfortable working independently with minimal peer interaction
- Strong attention to detail adaptability and ability to exceed expectations
- Dependable punctual attendance for every scheduled shift and meeting
- Ability to complete mandatory 2-week training program
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for continuous computer and keyboard use
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed

Day to day
- Compassionately handle emotionally charged calls about in-home euthanasia hospice and palliative care
- Deliver empathetic customer service while supporting pet families during difficult moments
- Accurately collect document and schedule pet family and medical information using remote systems
- Work efficiently in a high-volume call environment while maintaining quality reliability and punctuality
