- Experience preparing and presenting board materials earnings communications investor presentations or regulatory filings
- Exceptional analytical communication and storytelling skills

Day to day
- Own corporate strategy in partnership with the CEO and translate vision into annual priorities and multi-year roadmaps
- Monitor competitive dynamics scientific advances regulatory shifts and AI-in-biotech trends and synthesize implications for leadership
- Lead executive operations by designing leadership meetings offsites decision forums escalation frameworks and cross-functional follow-through
- Prepare board materials support investor communications and ensure narrative consistency across external communications
