Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management or related field or equivalent experience
- MBA is a plus
- 10+ years in beauty or personal care
- 15+ years of supply chain management experience
- Deep expertise in procurement contract manufacturing logistics warehousing and demand planning
- Proven record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies
- Leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams
- Strategic mindset with hands-on approach in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Highly collaborative cross-functional approach with strong self-motivation
- Ability to turn broad strategy into actionable high-impact results with limited oversight
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- High level of integrity professionalism and discretion
- Willingness to work across global time zones and outside standard hours

Day to day
- Build and lead the U.S. Operations Department, creating a highly engaged and high-performing team that works closely with commercial partners
- Oversee global procurement, supplier management, and contract manufacturing to secure competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and zero-defect quality
- Drive demand planning, S&OP, logistics, ERP collaboration, and strategic projects to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and support business growth
