Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology Engineering Business Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management technology digital transformation or enterprise systems with at least 3 years in a hands-on technical leadership role within the last 5
- Experience in multi-site healthcare veterinary retail healthcare or agriculture or technology leadership in a PE-backed platform
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing enterprise vendor contracts in the $500K-$3M annual range including SaaS and systems integration partnerships
- Demonstrated success implementing enterprise systems and scaling technology operations from build through adoption
- Hands-on experience designing and operating REST API integrations between SaaS systems including rate limits idempotency and error recovery
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to align technology initiatives with operational and financial outcomes

Day to day
- Define and execute the enterprise product and technology strategy to support operational excellence, productivity, and scalable growth.
- Lead a hands-on Phase 1 build across AI scribe, PIMS, Acumatica ERP, middleware, and BI analytics, personally owning vendor and systems integrator engagement.
- Translate field pain points into practical solutions, drive adoption across DVM and OSR teams, and build structured data and insights that improve decisions and business outcomes.
