Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology engineering computer science or equivalent experience
- 25+ years of progressive IT experience including senior leadership roles
- Experience leading infrastructure and platform operations in complex global organizations
- Experience overseeing enterprise application landscapes including ERP platforms such as JDE or EBS
- Experience operating in security-sensitive and business-critical environments with strong reliability expectations

Day to day
- Lead enterprise technology operations with accountability for stability resilience and performance across the organization
- Oversee infrastructure operations across on-premises cloud and hybrid environments ensuring high availability security and efficiency
- Direct ERP and enterprise application operations to keep mission-critical systems stable secure and aligned with business needs
- Own IT service management and service delivery strategy to deliver consistent support strong governance and an excellent end-user experience
