  • Experience in retail operations training cash handling accounting loss prevention or guest service industry
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Ability to present comprehensive training in a friendly empathetic and helpful manner
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel including leadership
  • Ability to troubleshoot systems process and device performance issues
  • Ability to cover multiple time zones and work early morning and evening shifts

Day to day

  • Deliver virtual and occasional in-person training to retail store personnel on cash-handling devices and store-specific technology

  • Track scheduled training events and support end users by troubleshooting systems process and device issues
