Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in visual and motion design, preferably in a creative agency, marketing team, or media production environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere)
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya) is a plus
  • Familiarity with UX/UI tools like Figma, or Sketch
  • Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to produce innovative and visually compelling designs
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and designs to stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Willingness to adapt and experiment with new design trends, technologies, and tools with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Demo reel and/or portfolio that reflect instances of both excellent design and sleek motion graphics

Day to day

  • Create visually appealing designs, including graphics, animations, and videos, for various platforms such as websites, social media, digital ads, and email campaigns
  • Develop engaging motion graphics for videos, explainer animations, product launches, and promotional materials
  • Ensure all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency across different media
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, brand, and product to understand design needs and ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and visual concepts that align with campaign objectives
  • Edit video content, add animations, transitions, and special effects to enhance storytelling
  • Organize and maintain design files, including graphics, videos, and project assets, ensuring easy accessibility for team members
