What the job involves
Answer calls from clients, gather relevant background information, then research the issue and relay the best options back to the clients. You will help clients to find solutions to their issues.
Find, interpret and communicate the relevant information and explore options and implications so that the client can come to a decision.
Act, where necessary, on behalf of clients, negotiating, drafting or writing letters, making 3-way calls or making appropriate referrals. Completing clear and accurate case records.
Recognise the root cause of problems and think of the whole picture, not just the presenting issue.
