Day to day

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks and communicating with candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and process personnel transactions

  • Handle HR-related inquiries, assist in organising employee engagement activities, and support the implementation of HR policies
  • Identify challenges within current HR processes and propose innovative solutions
