Day to day
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks and communicating with candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and process personnel transactions
- Stay informed about Employment law and ensure HR policies and practices are compliant
- Handle HR-related inquiries, assist in organising employee engagement activities, and support the implementation of HR policies
- Identify challenges within current HR processes and propose innovative solutions
