What the job involves

  • All trustees play a vital role in the organisation and help to ensure that we continue to provide support to people who are homeless in Leicester
  • The HR trustee will ensure the highest standards of governance relating to employee relations, recruitment, retention, reward and recognition as well as staff training and development
  • You will also advise the charity in respect of HR matters, ensuring that the charity follows best practice and all regulatory/legal requirements are met
