Who you are
What the job involves
- Lead on recruitment onboarding and database management for both French speaking volunteers and staff
- Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies to attract and retain volunteers
- Coordinate and schedule volunteer activities ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all participants
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer absences volunteer CPDs etc
- Collaborate with various French speaking stakeholders to identify their needs and offer potential opportunities
- Support HR functions including recruitment onboarding and volunteer/stakeholder engagement activities
- Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures
- Prepare regular reports on volunteer and HR activities for management
- Coordinate and manage projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget
- Develop project plans monitor progress and provide updates to trustees and management
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
