Who you are
- Experience in recruitment (any field) of 3+ years desired
- Strong alignment with ParaPride's mission to support LGBTQ+ disabled community
- Experience in developing volunteer or employee benefits preferred
- Familiarity with conducting pre-volunteering checks such as DBS checks
- Ability to develop and coordinate onboarding plans
- Skilled in creating promotional content across various mediums.

What the job involves
- Identify essential skills and source candidates to meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with ParaPride’s Co-founder and Board of Trustees to prioritize required skills
- Develop strategies for inclusive and accessible talent acquisition
- Provide feedback on practices and policies to enhance those strategies
- Develop and review role descriptions and manage candidate advertisements
- Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications
- Conduct pre-volunteering checks and support volunteer onboarding
- Work with marketing to develop content promoting benefits and opportunities.
