Who you are
- Extensive background in Recruitment
- Experience in IT or Marketing sectors beneficial
- Sympathetic to the aims and objectives of Grae Matta Foundation
- Some experience of ill mental health preferred
- Support volunteer team for 3-5 hours per week.
What the job involves
- Support volunteers driving various projects and work streams for our launch
- Write engaging and attractive adverts to attract people with the required skill set and resonate with the charity’s purpose
- Engage with potential volunteers positively and professionally
- Design search strategies for more challenging roles
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding recruitment timescales
- Understand and implement a strong recruitment strategy
- Work remotely from home in a digital role.
