Who you are

  • Extensive background in Recruitment
  • Experience in IT or Marketing sectors beneficial
  • Sympathetic to the aims and objectives of Grae Matta Foundation
  • Some experience of ill mental health preferred
  • Support volunteer team for 3-5 hours per week.



What the job involves

  • Support volunteers driving various projects and work streams for our launch
  • Write engaging and attractive adverts to attract people with the required skill set and resonate with the charity’s purpose
  • Engage with potential volunteers positively and professionally
  • Design search strategies for more challenging roles
  • Manage stakeholder expectations regarding recruitment timescales
  • Understand and implement a strong recruitment strategy
  • Work remotely from home in a digital role.
