What the job involves

• Work closely with IAD’s Executive Director and Board to manage the work of the organisation
• Attend and take minutes of Board meetings and other meetings as required
• Take charge of the administrative work of the association, organize Board votes, manage internal files
• Contribute to relationship-building with external stakeholders and raise IAD’s public profile
• Assist the Executive Director in various tasks and projects
• Oversee and manage the central email inbox
• Conduct monthly file backups for all internal Google Workspace drives
