What the job involves
Designing and implementing a comprehensive information architecture (IA) that ensures our digital content is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
Collaborating closely with both the content and user research teams, you will ensure that the service's navigation, categorisation, and overall structure serve our diverse user base effectively.
Lead the design and implementation of the IA strategy for the Criminal Justice Hub. Plan and execute the organisation, categorisation, and navigation structure to enhance user experience.
