What the job involves

  • Designing and implementing a comprehensive information architecture (IA) that ensures our digital content is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs.
  • Collaborating closely with both the content and user research teams, you will ensure that the service's navigation, categorisation, and overall structure serve our diverse user base effectively.
  • Lead the design and implementation of the IA strategy for the Criminal Justice Hub. Plan and execute the organisation, categorisation, and navigation structure to enhance user experience.
