- 10+ years leading and scaling a large-volume marketplace business with senior P&L ownership
- Deep Amazon expertise across Seller Central advertising Brand Analytics content and account health
- Experience on Walmart Marketplace or similar secondary platforms
- Proven expansion track record across new platforms or geographies
- Strong financial acumen to build forecasts and connect operations to results
- Experience managing domestic and offshore teams across time zones
- Player-coach orientation with executive communication skills
