Requirements
- Agentic systems in production with tool use sub-agent orchestration persistent memory and human-in-the-loop review
- Designed and operated evaluation harnesses across model versions and prompt changes
- Built commercial generative AI products over the last two years with prompt design retrieval augmented generation structured generation and fine-tuning trade-offs
- Supported production systems through customer feedback changing requirements and incident management
- Experience with prompt injection mitigation plan-then-execute output validation tool-use restrictions and policy enforcement
- Python
- Multi-tenant architecture

- Cost attribution
- Led or been senior engineer on teams of five to fifteen

Day to day
- Own the platform control plane and shared-services architecture for a production AI compliance system
- Design and build agent orchestration and the Agentic Studio for specialized sub-agents human review and auditability
- Lead evaluation safety deployment and data sovereignty so the platform is reliable compliant and adaptable across regions
