Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience
- 2+ years in a VP-level or equivalent executive role
- Proven SaaS or technology company IT leadership experience
- Deep hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP
- Experience with enterprise security frameworks and modern ITSM practices
- Experience owning enterprise business systems such as CRM telephony or ERP
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders on system strategy and optimization
- Experience managing a cloud-native predominantly remote workforce on Mac endpoints
- Strong executive communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-million dollar IT budgets and vendor portfolios
- Fluency across networking cloud platforms endpoint management IAM and cybersecurity
- Hands-on daily experience with AI tools and a strong AI point of view
- Experience with automation platforms to reduce manual IT workload
- Experience with modern telephony and contact center platforms
- Ability to evaluate build vs buy decisions and architect scalable cost-effective solutions

Day to day
- Lead the company’s IT strategy and roadmap to support rapid growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Oversee enterprise business systems, cloud infrastructure, IT operations, and service reliability across a modern remote environment.
- Partner with executive and functional leaders to improve workflows, strengthen security, automate manual work, and evaluate new technologies.
