Day to day

  • Own the full customer lifecycle from technical demonstrations through mission deployment and long-term success
  • Build and scale Mission Operations and Customer Success functions with repeatable frameworks playbooks and KPIs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Engineering Programs Operations and Growth to deliver mission outcomes and expand customer impact
