Requirements
- 10+ years in engineering leadership
- Proven experience scaling technology organizations
- Strong background in AI commerce and ad tech
- Personal ownership of architecture for systems handling billions of records
- Experience with product catalogs variant SKU pricing or marketplace data at scale
- Deep knowledge of affiliate marketing and major affiliate networks
- Track record with sub-100ms APIs and low-latency data serving
- Experience designing high-throughput ETL and streaming pipelines
- Strong database expertise across relational document search key-value and distributed SQL systems
- Experience architecting search systems with hybrid keyword and vector search
- Fluent in AWS services including RDS S3 ElastiCache OpenSearch Lambda ECS EKS and Kinesis
- Experience designing observability systems with metrics logs and traces
- Ability to choose appropriate languages for data processing workloads
- Ability to design analytics storage for fast aggregations and time-series queries
- Strong cost optimization mindset at scale
- Must be based in the US or Canada
