- Deep experience in payops reconciliation incident management onboarding support and controls

- Strong SOP tooling and automation experience with a clear workflow
- Sharp operating metrics and high ownership in ambiguity

Day to day
- Own the operating system behind Sphere's payments, banking, FX, and compliance flows across global markets.
- Drive money movement, onboarding, corridor launches, and customer operations with speed, rigor, and automation.
- Build scalable SOPs, controls, dashboards, and team structures that improve reliability, reduce manual work, and support rapid growth.
