Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Supply Chain Business or related field
- 10+ years in supply chain or operations within CPG
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing and scaling teams
- Deep experience in CPG operations demand planning and forecasting
- Strong expertise in 3PL management retail compliance and process design
- Extensive experience with EDI integrations across retail channels
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems ERP systems and logistics platforms
- Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics including import export processes
- Extremely organized detail-oriented and execution-focused
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance vision and execution
- Assertive communication style and strong project management

Day to day
- Lead inventory planning procurement supply chain logistics fulfillment and customer service across Retail DTC and Amazon
