- Lead Naviant’s technical evolution from traditional content management to an AI-first agentic automation firm
- Define and govern technology strategy across automation AI analytics ECM and IDP offerings while driving innovation through structured R&D
- Oversee architects and developers establish standardized solution design and delivery practices and provide technical oversight in presales and implementation
- Strengthen delivery quality reduce solution risk and build a high-performing technical organization with clear accountability and growth pathways
