Hands on experience building with LLMs including prompt engineering agentic workflows API integration and AI application architecture
Experience shipping AI powered tools in a production environment
Experience with full solution lifecycle from scoping and data requirements through deployment and iteration
Ability to articulate a vision for AI enabled operations and inspire stakeholders
Deep curiosity about business operations and strong problem solving skills
Meaningful technical understanding of how large language models work and how to evaluate use cases
Experience leading distributed or offshore teams across time zones
Strong bias toward delivery and measurable outcomes
Clear credible communication with engineers and senior executives
Experience presenting to C suite and cross functional leadership
Comfort with ambiguity and helping define a new function

Lead the transformation of operations by applying AI to finance staffing project delivery and sales operations
Define a clear vision and prioritize high leverage opportunities that deliver measurable business value quickly
Build direct and guide a distributed team to create scalable maintainable AI powered solutions that are adopted in production
Partner closely with senior leaders to understand workflows diagnose pain points and improve decision quality and operational speed
Oversee ongoing support so solutions processes and tools remain current useful and well owned after launch
