Day to day

  • Support Signal’s wealth management business by accurately and compliantly executing day-to-day servicing workflows.
  • Own end-to-end operational requests including new account openings account maintenance money movements beneficiary updates and account closures.
  • Coordinate directly with custodians and platforms such as Fidelity Schwab Orion and Salesforce to resolve advisor requests quickly and keep systems current.
