Day to day
- Use multiple different web tools to determine best approach for web page creation operations management and maintenance
- Work with Drupal WordPress MS Teamsite templates
- Follow guidelines of U.S. Web Design System Section 508 and Web Content Access Guide 2.0 AA
- Review and follow customer Web Governance Framework Graphics Standards Design System
- Provide Website and Social Media Support
- Develop and/or update website internet/intranet templates including Teamsite WordPress or Drupal presentation templates and forms
- Design code create mockups and test code
- Provide ad-hoc bug fix support and minor updates to a variety of websites
- Provide online technical support troubleshooting supporting documentation in the form of Concise Briefing Guides and/or Tutorials
- Review sustainment fixes content management documentation and training
