Remote Web Designer (UI/UX) - Creative Director Job in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Designity

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in building marketing websites, e-commerce sites, platform designs, and other digital products
• Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix
• Expertise in FIGMA, InVision, and other web design tools for creating UI/UX
• HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
• Experience in a creative/design agency or as a freelancer overseeing client projects is preferred
• Experienced in building websites for diverse industries
• Proven project management skills with the ability to create briefs, timelines, and manage projects independently
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships, setting expectations, and communicating updates
• Experience mentoring and guiding creatives at various levels
• Detail-oriented and organized to deliver pixel-perfect quality on time
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design expertise and strategic direction
• Bachelor’s/advanced degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communication, Project Management, or related field; management education is a plus
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Located in the US or Canada with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Quick learner with a passion for processes and multitasking

What the job involves

• Lead the strategy and execution of website projects, including e-commerce sites, marketing websites, and platform designs.
• Coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams ensuring projects meet established standards and guidelines.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of web projects, from inception to deployment, setting and managing client expectations, ensuring timely delivery, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
