Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software or web engineering
- Strong proficiency in React TypeScript CSS and Next.js
- Demonstrated ability to build production ready web applications in a fast paced environment
- Excellent design taste and obsessive attention to detail
- Experience with code based animations using Motion or GSAP or with creative implementation contractors
- Ability to work autonomously lead and coach other engineers and collaborate across marketing design and data teams
- Deep understanding of SEO principles with focus on performance accessibility and search optimization

Day to day
- Own and evolve the public marketing website as a core brand touchpoint
- Partner closely with marketing and design teams to plan build and ship website projects such as feature pages blog revamps and new promotional experiences
- Integrate CMS powered interfaces in Sanity build and maintain the design system and create polished animations that strengthen product storytelling
