Requirements
- 4+ years of QA testing experience in web applications
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and UI testing
- Experience with API testing using REST services and Postman
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Experience with Python for automation or scripting
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira
- Experience with UI automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium
- Experience with browser developer tools and debugging techniques
- Healthcare domain knowledge including claims processing member eligibility enrollment benefits authorization workflows and appeals and grievances
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Test and validate web portal UI workflows forms and navigation across browser and device environments
- Perform end-to-end verification across UI APIs databases and backend systems to ensure data accuracy and reliable processing
- Analyze logs troubleshoot defects and collaborate with QA development and business teams to resolve issues and support regression UAT and production validation
