Who you are

• 1-2+ years of experience contributing to enterprise website including migration and online production using AEM and other CMS systems
• Proficiency in using Adobe Enterprise Manager AEM for authoring updating content or similar CMS systems
• Strong skills in editing proofreading attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with tight deadlines
• Excellent judgment and ability to handle escalated situations confidently
• Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Effective communication skills at all business levels and various client groups verbally and in writing
• Ability to troubleshoot web front-end functionality issues
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud UI and UX applications MS Office Suites and Jira Confluence

What the job involves

• Handling queries through mailbox and a ticket management system for content updates
• Maintain the content tracking database produce regular reports that highlight when content is scheduled for review
• Triage content and template related issues escalating internally to SMEs where appropriate
• Support the delivery of the Online Content service assisting with other key admin tasks
• Analysis of website designs and mapping website designs to AEM templates and components
• Proactively work with development team on site implementation based on designs
• Build and author sites while ensuring content meets SEO standards
• Assist development team in preparing content for regulatory review and production launches
• Regular content and assets management for a portfolio of websites
• Work with stakeholders on design considerations advise on best practices for overall strategy and content plan
