Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the domains & hosting industry
- Extensive experience with WHMCS and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Continuous problem-solving ability
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Technical Background is preferred
- BS Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus
- Previous experience in consolidating software platforms or managing complex integrations is a plus
- Fluent English is required

Day to day
- Oversee the integration of various WHMCS modules, streamlining operations, and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
- Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria and other relevant documentation to lead the development process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in an international environment, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to inform future iterations
- Monitor key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, scaling and automation.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on new functionalities.
