Who you are

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably within the domains & hosting industry
• Extensive experience with WHMCS and a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Continuous problem-solving ability
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Technical Background is preferred
• BS Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
• Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus
• Previous experience in consolidating software platforms or managing complex integrations is a plus
• Fluent English is required

What the job involves

• Oversee the integration of various WHMCS modules, streamlining operations, and ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria and other relevant documentation to lead the development process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in an international environment, providing regular updates and gathering feedback to inform future iterations
• Monitor key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement, scaling and automation.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on new functionalities.
