Who you are
- Previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters
- Some experience of managing cases
- Ability to build positive relationships and passion for providing outstanding customer service
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload to deliver against targets
What the job involves
- Manage estate planning cases end to end, drafting and taking instructions on various wills and estate planning documents
- Communicate with clients remotely, providing outstanding service and case resolution
- Gain exposure to a variety of cases within a supportive team
