- 3+ years of professional WordPress website design and development experience
- Strong portfolio of clean minimalist corporate websites with excellent typography and visual hierarchy
- Experience embedding and custom-styling third-party JavaScript widgets iframes or ATS integrations
- Deep expertise with WordPress block systems visual builders and lightweight high-performance themes
- Strong attention to detail for spacing alignment and micro-interactions
- Clear communication skills with ability to explain technical decisions and project timelines

Day to day
- Redesign the existing WordPress site into a premium clean modern tech-forward corporate brand
- Build high-fidelity layouts in WordPress using block systems or visual page builders with efficient implementation
- Integrate and style the Breezy HR portal so job listings and applications feel native to the brand
- Optimize the site for mobile responsiveness fast loading performance and cross-browser reliability
- Maintain an organized editable structure that allows non-technical team members to update content easily
