Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
  • Native Arabic speaker with ability to read and write Arabic
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Strong front-end skills in HTML5 CSS3/SCSS JavaScript and jQuery
  • Strong WordPress back-end skills in PHP MySQL WordPress APIs and hooks/filters
  • Hands-on experience with ACF custom post types and custom fields
  • Experience converting design files into responsive WordPress builds
  • WooCommerce experience
  • Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg
  • Understanding of WordPress security performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
  • Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Reliable remote worker who is self-managing and deadline-focused

Day to day

  • Convert approved designs into responsive WordPress themes with pixel-accurate detail and strong attention to layout quality
  • Build and customize WordPress sites using front-end technologies and PHP while extending functionality with custom plugins and fields
  • Support Arabic, RTL, and bilingual websites by testing typography, multilingual setups, and user experience across devices
  • Optimize, debug, and maintain secure, fast, SEO-friendly WordPress sites in collaboration with designers, project managers, and marketers
