Requirements

  • 2+ years experience with WordPress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with Live Chat and helpdesk tools
  • Familiarity with cPanel NGINX Apache and MySQL
  • Linux command line experience including SSH and WP-CLI
  • Extensive experience troubleshooting WordPress
  • Experience with page builders and caching plugins
  • Experience with Cloudflare and advanced DNS knowledge
  • Experience optimizing WordPress is a plus
  • PHP experience for custom WordPress plugins is a plus
  • Knowledge of Redis CDN WAF and page caching is a plus

Day to day

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer website issues and take full ownership until resolution
  • Deliver fast friendly support across Live Chat Tickets and Slack while troubleshooting complex WordPress problems
  • Write knowledge base articles and technical blog posts to share insights improve documentation and turn recurring issues into product feedback
  • Assist with WordPress site migrations DNS pointing and customer experience improvements that create a WOW outcome
