Customer Service:Provide outstanding customer service to clients by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering personalized travel solutionsTravel Planning:Assist clients in planning their travel itineraries, including recommending destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities based on their preferences and budgetBooking Management:Facilitate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services using online booking platforms or reservation systemsCommunication:Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel needs, provide assistance, and ensure a smooth booking processResearch:Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to offer relevant and accurate travel advice to clientsProblem-Solving:Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling, ensuring a positive customer experienceDocumentation:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel bookings, payments, and other relevant information in the company's database or CRM systemSales:Promote additional services or travel packages to clients to enhance their travel experience and maximize sales opportunities

What You Need:

Must be 18+Computer with Reliable WiFiSelf-Motivation and Attention to DetailCustomer Service Skills (a plus)
