Day to day
- Provide AMS production support for the Workato middleware platform and keep integrations running reliably.
- Monitor integration flows and API activity closely to identify failures, service impacts, and recurring problems.
- Troubleshoot incidents resolve root causes and coordinate fixes with technical and business teams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
