Requirements
- Proven experience in a technology product management or functional lead role focused on HCM systems
- Minimum 5 years of Workday experience with expertise in Absence Time-Off and Time Tracking configuration
- Workday qualification for Absence plans and Time Tracking
- Knowledge of Workday architecture configuration business processes and security models
- Experience managing and supporting the Workday bi-annual release cycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience translating end-user needs into scalable system-minded solutions
- Solid organizational skills attention to detail and strategic planning ability

Day to day
- Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Workday Absence Time Off and Time Tracking
