Requirements

  • 3+ years Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, or Absence is highly desirable.
  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, or Absence is highly desirable.
  • Workday certification(s) in HCM (not required)

Day to day

  • Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, focusing on Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, and other relevant modules.
  • Partner with clients to gather business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and guide them through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on Advanced Compensation, including compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus plans, and other related functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration with other Workday modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues, providing best-practice solutions.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and system adoption.
  • Continuously assess client needs and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday configurations.
  • Stay current with the latest Workday releases and updates, advising clients on how new features can be leveraged.
