Requirements
- 3+ years Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, or Absence is highly desirable.
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Performance, or Absence is highly desirable.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM (not required)
Day to day
- Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, focusing on Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, and other relevant modules.
- Partner with clients to gather business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and guide them through the entire project lifecycle.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Advanced Compensation, including compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus plans, and other related functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and integration with other Workday modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues, providing best-practice solutions.
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and system adoption.
- Continuously assess client needs and propose enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday configurations.
- Stay current with the latest Workday releases and updates, advising clients on how new features can be leveraged.
