Who you are

• High-volume recruiting experience preferably within the staffing industry
• 2+ years of Workday recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the healthcare technology industry is a major plus

What the job involves

• Sourcing pre-screening and video interviewing Workday certified candidates
• Managing a large pipeline of Workday candidates and filling open contract positions on short notice
• Negotiating wage rates and conditions of employment
• Managing contract Workday employees while on assignment
• Assisting Account Managers with requirements skill sets and market pay range information
• High volume recruiting utilizing LinkedIn
• Verifying Workday certifications prior to placements
• Tracking and reporting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate quality to the Recruiting Manager
