- Hands-on experience implementing configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting
- Experience with recruitment workflows and business process configuration
- Knowledge of security user roles reports and dashboards
- Experience with UAT and SIT testing
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Troubleshooting and end-user support experience
- Workday HCM knowledge preferred
- Workday integrations preferred

- Implement and configure the Workday Recruiting module for business needs
